You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Snapshot states saved in our Free Retro Cloud service are linked to your account. We reserve the right to clean up inactive accounts or snapshots exceeding local storage limits.
Do not use the emulated network features for scanning, spamming, hosting illegal materials, or performing malicious activity on other networks.
This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, snapshot corruption, or system downtime.
We only collect the minimum required data to provide Free Retro Cloud state saving: username, hashed password, and email address (used strictly for account verification purposes).
We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies. We only use essential cookies (PHP Session Cookie) to keep you logged in, and Local Storage to save UI settings and cookie preferences.
Your retro cloud snapshots are stored securely on our servers and are accessible only to you through authenticated session endpoints. We do not sell or share your data.
You can request account deletion or data inspection at any time. Active states can be managed or deleted directly through the Account Profile page.
